About Us

My name is Steve Nestor - Chief Architect Software Expert.

I have been designing and building custom homes for more than 40 years.  I grew up in the construction business and have been fortunate to obtain jobs over the years where my design skills were greatly appreciated. I also worked for many years as a construction estimator and contract administrator for a number of large multi-family builder/owners. 

I have been blessed with a technical mind and do not find it difficult to learn how to use complex computer software.  I purchased Chief Architect about 6 years ago with version X9.  It is an amazing piece of software and I use it almost everyday.

I began a YouTube page called "Chief Skills" a few years ago to help others learn how to do things with. Chief Architect and that has led to me to expand with this website. 

My goal is to offer products and training to those interested in learning how to use Chief Architect Premiere software quickly to maximize and grow your design/construction business.
